Celebration of sports at ETDSC

Last July 350 athletes and 97 supporters from 24 different countries came to Vantaa for the European Transplant and Dialysis Sports Championships.

During the seven days of European Championships we saw more than ten events. Also, floor ball was the social event. About 700 medals were awarded during the week!

Almost all the competition events during the week were also recorded. Video footage can be viewed on VAU ry's own YouTube channel. Also, the full results are on the Vantaa2016 site. The medal table of the European Transplant and Dialysis Sports Championships is also on the Vantaa2016 -site.

For the first time, the ETDSC and the EHLTC games were held almost simultaneously on the same venues. The whole week proved to be a very successful one.
